Returns and refunds
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
Returns, refunds, replacements, or store credit may be offered only under the following circumstances:
- The item arrives damaged during shipping.
- An incorrect item was shipped.
- The product contains a manufacturing defect that substantially affects its intended use.
Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery and must include clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or error. Failure to report an issue within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund will be provided.
