Products

We provide custom and made-to-order 3D printed products. Due to the nature of the 3D printing process, minor variations in color, texture, layer lines, dimensions, and finish may occur and are not considered defects. Product photos are provided for reference only and may not exactly represent the final product received.

Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full before production begins. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders containing inaccurate information, suspected fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.

Production Times

Standard production time is approximately 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Production times are estimates only and may vary due to order volume, equipment maintenance, material availability, shipping carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If a delay occurs, customers will be notified and provided with an updated production estimate.

Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns, refunds, replacements, or store credit may be offered only under the following circumstances:

• The item arrives damaged during shipping.
• An incorrect item was shipped.
• The product contains a manufacturing defect that substantially affects its intended use.

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery and must include clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or error. Failure to report an issue within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund will be provided.

Product Use and Safety

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for its intended use.

Our 3D printed products are not certified for food contact, medical use, safety-critical applications, or use by small children unless explicitly stated in the product description.

We are not liable for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from misuse, modification, improper handling, or unintended use of our products.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, product descriptions, logos, and content displayed on this website are the property of Chey's Creations unless otherwise noted and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this website.
